SWAT Systems continually searches for talented individuals in the following areas:
Help Desk / First Responder
Help develop, maintain and support local business as the first response for SWAT Systems customers. The goal will be to create support request, complete basic trouble shooting, offer remote tech assistance, follow up with customers, schedule engineers and if need be, transmit critical problems to the senior engineers.
The job is M-F 8:30 to 5:00 PM, The average day consists of the following: Dispatch 50%, Tech Support 30%, and Business Correspondence 20%.
The candidate must have:
- Ability to multi-task, and generate documentation and reports
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective communication both written and verbal.
- General IT support background for small to mid size business required.
- The ability to quickly learn with limited direction is a must as well as the ability to manage lists and follow up with items until resolved.
The business is laid back but the industry requires stellar customer service and valid IT support on top of an ever changing IT world.

Applicants must have a proven track record with at least three years of experience in sales and marketing and have been responsible for generating qualified leads through many avenues including outbound initial sales calls. Strong understanding of technology, ability to work independently and exceptional communication skills are a must.
