Jason Hagens, a graduate of Washington State University, began his career in information technology at Ballard Computer in 1993. After becoming Lead of Technical Sales, Jason left the company to join a local systems integrator. By 1997, Jason was working for a national Inacom affiliate and dealing with clients such as PACCAR, Inc., and WaMu. Seeing the need for IT support for the small- to mid-sized business owner, Jason founded SWAT Systems in 1999.

Dana Robb has been with SWAT Systems for seven years. She is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, shipping, purchasing and personnel. She has a solid business support background and many years of accounting and communications experience. She received her education from the University of Washington.

Matt Dickman began his extensive consulting career with Business Software, Inc., in 1994. Since joining SWAT Systems in 2003, he has become the Technical Account Mangers as well as Network Engineer. He currently holds a degree from Washington State University in Physiology as well as several industry certifications from HP, Microsoft and Citrix.
