A typical relationship starts off with a network assessment,where all IT assets are inventoried and their values assessed. This begins the foundation of an IT road map that we'll use as a jumping off point. We then build a package that fits your budget and organizational needs. Once this is aligned, we move forward with an on-boarding process, and begin to consistently measuring your IT needs - adjusting resources as we go. 

The following teams and services are used to help stabilize your environment and build predictability and scalability.

Project Team The large project team works on server migrations, cloud migrations, phone system upgrades, office moves, any IT project over 10 hours of work.
Core Services This team works on automation, scripting, and imaging. The goal of this team is to reduce actual hours by implementing best practices. Products like ShadowProtect and SmartDeploy, allow us to reduce full-day projects into two-hour set-ups.
Reactive Services SWAT has two teams that work reactive tickets. These teams are divided into groups of 7 to work specific verticals and industries. Most help desk tickets start off with the reactive services team. 
Escalation Team Because service level agreements (SLAs) are extremely important to our organization, tickets that have cropped up more than once or have stumped our team, our escalation will handle these.
